What counts as an “outlier”?+
A video with at least 2x the views of its channel's normal: the median of the ~30 videos that channel published around the same time. It measures what a video did relative to its own audience, not how big the channel is.
Does a good scan guarantee views?+
No, and nobody honest can promise that. Topic, timing and the video itself matter most. A scan catches fixable problems (unreadable text, a weak angle, a flat title) and shows you what's worked for videos like yours.
